There are many different ways to get rid of paint from brickwork, but they may not be suitable. For example you can try sandblasting, but this tends to cause lasting damage to the brick which will effect the look of the exterior. You can also apply chemicals on the brick, but you have to make sure to spot test the concentration on the brick. If the concentration is too high then it may etch the surface, and also cause discolouration.
Luckily if the paint on your brick is fresh, then you can use a commercial paint remover which is available at all good home improvement stores. Apply the mix to the stain and allow to dry. Then use a wire brush to scrub the mark off.
